Child Safety Standards

Goodwill will always prioritize safety and well-being of our users, especially that of children

1. Goodwill explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
2. Users can report child safety concerns through in-app feedback or by directly emailing support@getgoodwill.app.
3. On obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, we may remove violating content or accounts and report to relevant authorities in line with applicable law.
